We’ve “borrowed” & improved a number of family recipes from the Valley to the Davis Mountains & beyond. And we use the authentic, original ingredients those recipes call for. For instance, our green chilies come from Hatch, New Mexico & our Blue Com Tortillas are made from actual blue Indian Com masa. Our beef isn’t just any old beef. .. it’s ground sirloin, & our chickens … well you get the idea. We take our food very eriously. Our goal i to bring you the best, healthiest Tex-Mex food on the entire planet. So we always have an open ear & an open mind.
